Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and b133 ("b133", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the b133 online gaming platform accessible at b133.cam (the "Platform"), including all games, features, promotions, content, and services offered thereon.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • "Withdrawal" means a transfer of eligible funds from a Player's b133 Account balance to the Player's designated personal financial account or e-wallet.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on b133, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. b133 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all casino-style gaming and sports wagering activity. This exceeds the general Malaysian legal adult threshold as an additional safeguarding measure.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.

4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, affiliate, or immediate family member of a b133 employee or contractor, unless prior written approval has been obtained from b133's compliance team.
5. You have not previously had an account on b133 that was suspended, restricted, or permanently closed for policy violations.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party. Playing on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account, is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Registration on b133 requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information at any stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

b133 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Players may not register or maintain more than one account under any name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in all related accounts being closed, with balances and bonuses subject to forfeiture at b133's discretion.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, b133 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification;
• Proof of residential address dated within three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership for the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your Maybank2u or Touch 'n Go eWallet account showing your name);
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document, if requested.

b133 may initiate KYC verification at any time, including upon registration, before processing a withdrawal above a specified threshold, or as required by our compliance procedures. Accounts pending KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality suspended until the process is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

b133 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange — all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering safeguard.
• b133 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts that trigger enhanced due diligence thresholds.
• Processing times are indicative: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within minutes; bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX may take up to one (1) business day subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule.
• b133 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which b133 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made using bonus promotions are subject to the applicable bonus terms and wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

b133 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback rebates, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms advertised alongside each promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Wagering must be completed within the specified period — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While bonus funds are active, maximum single-bet amounts apply (typically between RM250 and RM500 per spin or hand). Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture, regardless of whether the bet won or lost.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute differently towards wagering requirement clearance. Slots generally contribute 100%; live dealer table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%; certain games may contribute 0%. Refer to the specific promotion for a full contribution schedule.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or uncleared bonus funds will be removed from a Player's Account upon expiry of the relevant promotional window. Expiry will not be extended except at b133's sole discretion.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some bonuses carry a cap on withdrawable winnings derived from bonus play. This figure will be stated on the promotion page. Winnings above the cap are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Sticky Bonuses: Where a promotion is designated as "sticky", the bonus principal amount cannot be withdrawn — only net winnings above the bonus amount are eligible for cash-out once wagering requirements are met.
• Abuse & Exploitation: b133 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, using multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or coordinated exploitation of promotional mechanics.

b133 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Claiming a bonus constitutes full acceptance of its individual terms.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games offered on b133 — including slot games, live dealer casino tables, sports betting markets, and instant games — are governed by the individual rules applicable to each game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game-specific rules before wagering.

The following general gameplay conditions apply across all products on the Platform:

• All game outcomes for casino and instant game products are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software, independently verified for fairness. b133 does not manipulate or influence game outcomes.
• Sports betting odds and lines are set and managed by b133's sports trading operation. Odds are subject to change prior to an event commencing. Bets accepted prior to an odds movement will be honoured at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or settled early in accordance with b133's live betting rules, which are available in our FAQ section.
• Wagers placed using real-money balances are final once confirmed. Cancellations will not be accepted except in circumstances where b133 determines an obvious technical error has occurred.
• b133 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is reasonable evidence of technical malfunction, data feed error, price manifest error, or fraudulent activity.
• Maximum payout limits per event or game session apply and will be communicated on the relevant product page.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the b133 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during any KYC process;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods for deposits;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform's games or betting systems;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain — such incidents must be reported to support immediately;
• Attempting to access the Platform or any other Player's account without authorisation;
• Charging back a deposit through your bank or payment provider while retaining the associated gaming funds on the Platform;
• Accessing b133 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the b133 Platform — including but not limited to the b133 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software code, game interfaces, written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of b133 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content for commercial purposes;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform;
• Creating derivative works based on b133's proprietary content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b133 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or service interruptions beyond b133's reasonable control;
• Any delays in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment service providers;
• Loss of data arising from hardware or software failures;
• Actions taken by b133 in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including account restrictions or closures.

b133's total aggregate liability to any individual Player under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. b133 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Account Suspension & Closure

b133 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where b133 reasonably believes that:

• A Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• A Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct;
• A Player has initiated a payment chargeback against a b133 deposit;
• A Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• b133 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement direction.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting b133 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Pending withdrawals that have been verified will be processed in accordance with standard timelines. Bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Responsible Gambling

b133 is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The Platform provides the following tools to assist Players in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders that trigger after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days can be activated instantly from the account dashboard.

Data is retained for the periods required by applicable law and our internal data retention policy.

Amendments to These Terms

b133 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, b133 will provide reasonable notice via a notice on the Platform or by email to registered Players. The updated Terms will display the effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws under which b133 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through b133's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, Players must contact b133 support in writing, clearly stating the nature of the complaint and the resolution sought. b133 will acknowledge all written complaints within two (2) business days and endeavour to resolve them within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the parties may seek resolution through the applicable external dispute resolution mechanism as specified by b133's licensing authority.
